How to Return a Product
We accept returns on most unopened cannabis products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.
To request a return, please email us at bubatzexpress@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization with further instructions.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the error was on our side.
